If these methods don't work, applying heat with a torch lighter on the taper section of the bong or using a heat gun to soften tough resins may be effective. Additionally, tapping the stuck glass piece with a wooden spoon and inserting ice cubes into the stem or using ice-cold water can help loosen and remove the downstem. If all else fails, soaking the bong overnight in a glass cleaner might do the trick. Remember to handle the bong and downstem delicately to avoid damage during the removal process.
